Motivational Monday

Never Give Up
If you have a bad day, a bad meal, a bad workout, cut your losses and move on. Don't let it weigh on you, and don't let it hold you back. Its only minor in the overall picture. It can be dealt with. The most important thing is to get back on track immediately. Just never ever give up.
